Wanted badly to do the DesFran again. Due to mind blowing outcome last test strain blog i did for Tone & Jouk & Henk.

This time it is my own sativa Hybridization. With Euforia, ie DesForia DP F1 Hybrid back crossed fem, that i did myself.
That led to bed partners with the 100% Fem sativa Power Plant. as the DF is 100% Sativa as well.

Wanted one other strain i haven't done for a long time. That is Dp's "Durban Poison" a force to be reckoned with at any time. And this is an "Auto" of the strain.

The full on aroma of the DesFran will be floating across the "Pyramid Stage" tonight, at "Glasto". You will be able to smell it in "Pilton" !!................. as Florence & The Nightingales takes to the Pyramid centre stage, tonight. So i am there in essence, DF essence !! at the last ever Glsto at the Withy farm site. I never did make it to the show......... typical the last one has good weather for the last run.

Old man Evis said, it is getting to complicated and wey to many people for absolute safety on the site to be guaranteed ?/ And time is up at the withy farm site.

So here we are then; The new dame set for "Autumn Harvest" here is the kit;

Germination was 100% in all three strains; and then the top dogs selected to take forward. selection ratio was 1:5 DF fem DP Auto & PP fem
canna Cocco pro Plus is my medium this run. And quite pleased so far, color and health is superb.

Into this i added 15% perlite with the spec dose of EcoThrive "Charge" with the usual RHS RootGrow. And thats it in the pro Plus.

Nute is, NPK tuned by mix ratio GreenAir's Genesis (High Conc) Grow2 + 15/0/8 Micro-nutrient complex 3/10/19 + Bloom Nutrient 3 6/15/17 a quality breakdown of these on the greenair site.

Beans straight to final "7Ltr tall Rose" pot and cling filmed for germ.

Th ecothrive "Charge" is doing it's stuff, kus these are much larger for their age at 33 days and 9 in flower since 12/12....... they are defo bigger !! add in the Ph 100% stable pro Plus media.............. looking good. And check the color on low Ec's....... currently on 0.4 nute plus 150ppm of RO buffer. ie, 550ppm of treated (De-Gassed & Re-Gassed) tap water, at 23c, added to RO to hit 150ppm buffer. Then Ph'ed then add nute, then silicone to bring back up Ph from 5.8 to 6.5 at day 33. temp range 19-28c RH 52 VPD Vapor Pressure Differential is "Low" and that good.... air flow through 13.5m3 space is 260 cubic feet an hour, or 18 time air volume changed per hour, taking into account 400m3/Hr fan back pressure losses. But good enough.

Just over one month old then...... The DesForia Power Plant & Poison Auto >>.

The 7 ltr pot is containing the height superbly. but will still give 85% yield comp to 15ltr vessel. that i proved in 5ltr vessels !! AB's (Double Fem) DesForia >>

Had to top this one though, topped at 25 days, but under control "At The Moment" !!

Dutch Passion Sativa Fest DF & PP D33 F9 002.jpg

Due to perlite volume, and new spec pro plus, and in adition the typical much lower drinking rate of the high strain Sativa's, i am only watering to run off every 3 days. could easy leave them for 4 days.

i tried out the tromf watering system without the ceramic. just using a micro valve on the 6mm down pipe from res. But found the dripper nearest the res (High pressure) was giving 800mm in 6mins, and at the end of pipe run the dripper gave 250mls ??

The 6mm pipe run was 2mtrs long with 8 single drippers of that run. tried elevating drippers near res to slow flow and even it. No good. The res was, 80cm above top of pot, to bottom of res 30ltr. two 2m 6mm feed pipe runs coming of the res either end of 30ltr res.

Returned to hand watering 1ltr in 2no 5 deciliter shots each every 3-4 days......... even flow guaranteed !! been having to tie some of the bows into the plant, onto main stem, as the bows are shooting up on the Charge, to the canopy !!.......

Hope alls well with all....... thanks for looking in guy's...have a great weekend all inc Glasto crew !!.. Karma to yuz all fellow growers de LED......... rumor has it "M" got some new kit coming, X3 ? to put the 189 in the shade power wise !!........ going to be a good winter Tee Abud belvoir LB LED bredren brothers !!..... AB mate, you're not giving the Tropf a chance.... if you have it correctly assembled with the ceramics, then fit them in the pots, watered to your desired maximum hydration, then set the drippers to just drip once a minute.... then the system works so that it keeps continually topping up the soil moisture to the level you set originally. You will find that your plants will demand water at different rates, so the drips for one may be running faster than another.

You're used to giving each plant a set amount of water each feed... the Tropf work on the idea that each plant has different demands, and it deals with that perfectly. You can't expect it to run like a tap and then switch off.... you get spikes in your hydration percentage. The Tropfs keep the hydration percentage constant for each plant as an individual, not periodically as a group.

Lovely plants by the way, heh heh.... just can't wait till they do an Auto Des Frans.... if you have any 'testers' from Henk or DP Tony, I would love a go! Maybe you could do an Auto Des Floria for Down Here.

Day 49 7wks Flower 25 3.2wks

The sativas are moving along good guns atm. There is one giant pheno PP in there. had to topp and SCrop it to keep it down to a sensible height.

Current flower Ec is (Nute Only) 0.55 Ph 6.6. The Durban poison is very green, but is not on high Ec's. This is probably due to the genetics, efficient nitrogen sink !, but also the ecothrive charge, and its range of bennies and low npk in it.

Temps are back in the 25-26c range now down from 27-28.9c. They didant bat an eyelid at that temp. There a a couple of the DesForia, that have come out with the Euforia height, around 80-100cm. That will be a nice bit of kit. And of course there are a couple of DesForia that have some of the mental defran height. What do you recon "Tony" i know you is dropping in and keeping an eye on my "DesForia".

I fed them 1.5ltrs each, 10mins before departing for a big carp fishing session of 96hrs. When i got back, not one fan was showing water wilt !! all pert and waiting for daddy's feed !! sativas are so drought hardy. One or two of the Durban vessels where still dampish to, mental.

The durbans are flushing trichs right now, and these auto's are around the 85-90 day mark to the finish. So at day 25 flower are building well. Another 75 days of trich loading, will see these Dubans packed out. I aint stated Pk yet either !!

Only had time to take a few pics before lights came on 20mins before i got back from the trip. But not to bad. PP DF DP 49/25

Considering the fems, after switching 12/12 take several days to turn on the Ethylene flower promoter hormone. deduct that from 25 days, say 6-8 days ethylene rise. These are only just over 2wks in flower !! Showing F1 vigor/integrity already.

Will up the Ec a bit in next 10-12 days, as they move into full flower build..... Autoberry

cheers man......... been trying the brand new GreenAir CoCo Mush A+B, before it was released. Along with a product i had asked for 14mnths back PK MUSH !!

it is now here............. the diff is the PK MUSH is 0 15 12 npk rather than 0/13/14 as canna PK. canna dont make a PK tuned for CoCo.... GreenAir Do!!

The CoCo MUSH is with the addition of 16% calcium carbonate coco buffer. it was going to be 10% but that aint enough. Just 0.7ml ltr will give you an Ec of 0.7 ! that is concentrated. And last along time...

Content line up; NEW GREEN AIR COCO & PK MUSH

Genesis Coco-A: NPK 3-10-19, magnesium 3%, sulphur 4%, boron 0.03%, cobalt 0.002%, iron 0.2%, manganese 0.05%, molybdenum 0.003%, zinc 0.05% betaine 0.0003%

And quality named micro ellements vit&Min pack in CoCo A

Genesis Coco-B: NPKC 14-0-12, calcium 16 CaCa2

At equal part = NPKC 17 / 10 / 31+ Ca++ 16 Notice the stiff nitrogen and Potassium + stiff Ca+ 16 nice... nitrogen is a common deficiency in coco.... rather than cal/mag in soil..... for obvious reasons.... In CoCo A, the 3% magnesium is superb level for coco as well..... very nice. Autoberry

Update DP PP DF Day 62 Flower 38 = 5.3wks

The Ecothrive charge ran out in the pro plus coco, some where around day 55. Which aint to bad. was slow to react to the Nitrogen def that slowly showed, in a few large mid PP fans only DP DF not affected. Addressed this with shogon cal/mag....... and the next two feeds saw the N def subside by 50%..... it didant take long for the fans to green up again due to quicker response in coco compared to soil.

I have now uped the Ec to 0.7, Ph 6.5 (Nute Only), and am using C6N4O6 citric acid for Ph down. The run off is Ph 6.1, and feed is 6.5. So soil ph is around 6.2-6.3. Ph 6.3 being the cieling Ph in coco........

next time i will be using a "Loaded" cocco........ "UGRO" with some special bits added
UGRO SPECS;
Pure Superior is a 50 litre bag (±5%) of medium structure cocopeat with a low percentage of fibres. It is enriched with bat guano, perlite, endomycorrhizas and worm humus. You can start growing immediately. No need of adding fertilizers during the first couple of weeks. Your crop will benefit from natural properties of this mix. Pure Superior is ideal for fertilization, stimulation and protection. It is suitable for all types of cultures, outdoors and indoors. Perfect for short-term and seasonal crops.

When i add ecothrive Charge, and RHS rootgrow to this. I wont need to feed alot during 3.5-4.5 wks veg period. When the nitrogen starts to go down. Start on with the flower feed....

So 5 wks into flowering, and 5 weeks 35 days left to build the trich load. been energizing the flora with "Bio Heaven", which i found out has a miron content of "Gibberelic Acid" which hormone enlarges flowers dramatically. Gibberellic acid is a simple gibberellin, a pentacyclic diterpene acid promoting hydrolitic enzymes, nothing enlarges flowers like this kit.

I will be trying this kit. it is a test of this kit. it is the latest "Bloom Foliar"... and is with added essencial oils for the flowers to take up directly into cells foliar apps.

Check this list. (NoT Yet Released) 110quid for 300g. It Is steeped in RO/Ph6, then foliared onto flowers just after lights out. The first time it was used. It produced 30% larger flowers.. at 1.5ml ltrs !! twice every 7 days, post 12/12 flower wk 4. cant wait to see the results, the component list is impressive. can see why it costs a bit ..... nice

The Dried Powder Complex, Comprises, And Is Derived from: And Herb Oils.

Bacillus licheniformis ~ 7,930,000 CFUs per gram
Bacillus subtilis ~ 7,930,000 CFUs per gram
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ~ 7,930,000 CFUs per gram
Bacillus thuringiensis ~ 7,930,000 CFU’s per gram
Trichoderma konigii ~ 495,594 cfu/gm
Trichoderma harzianum ~ 495,594 cfu/gm
4.9% Inert Ingredients

After steeping Natural Mistik, use a tight to sieve the liquid before putting into a sprayer. Do not discard any of the debris left in the tights, as this can be used as top dressing or even a light mulch release.

That is a mental Foliar App !! Inc carbo load, Not your normal run of the mill organic nutrient. Plants that feed plants that feed humans...Now that makes so much sense. Lush roots really have to be used and then you will see the magnitude of the quality product when applied. These nutrients are powdered and have a longer usage date than regular liquid nutrients. As once you see, smell and taste the difference in the flowers, and structure, there can be little doubt of bio ability.

The GreenAir genesis Pk 0/15/12 is doing the biz at Ec 0.3 of the overall 0.7 nute value.

here they are half way through fruitification.... 38 days since 12/12.....
