This far into flowering, you don't have much to worry about. Pollination might occur, but it's definitely way too late to form any mature seed. You might get little white seeds, but that's about it.
Air stone symptoms are easy to spot. Watch for a diminishing rate of air flow. That's a sign that the stones are starting to get clogged up. Your plants are looking great. I'm willing to bet the smaller leaves are due to the CO2. They don't need as much surface area to capture CO2 due to the higher local concentration (note how huge my leaves are in my grow. Some are the size of my head.)
